Service Description
Small Group Coaching (6–12 Participants) Program Overview The Empowerment Pathways Renewal Circle is a guided, community-based coaching experience designed for individuals seeking emotional healing, renewed confidence, and clarity of purpose — without the intensity of private coaching. This program creates a safe, supportive space where participants grow together through reflection, accountability, and connection. Using the Empowerment Pathways renewal methodology, each week builds upon the last, helping participants move from inner awareness to forward action. This is a gentle but intentional journey for those ready to renew their mindset, strengthen emotional wellness, and walk forward with clarity — together. Program Focus This group experience centers on: Emotional healing and self-awareness Confidence building and identity renewal Purpose clarity and vision alignment Accountability through connection, not pressure Participants are encouraged to grow at their own pace while benefiting from shared insight, encouragement, and structured guidance. 8-Week Guided Journey Week 1: Renewal Begins Within (Mindset Reset) Understanding renewal, awareness, and the inner narrative that shapes our lives. Week 2: Breaking Limiting Patterns Identifying thought patterns, habits, and beliefs that hinder growth — and learning how to release them. Week 3: Emotional Wellness & Balance Building emotional awareness, regulation tools, and inner stability. Week 4: Confidence & Identity Renewal Reclaiming confidence, separating identity from past experiences, and strengthening self-worth. Week 5: Purpose & Vision Clarity Exploring personal values, purpose, and forward vision for the next season of life. Week 6: Boundaries & Self-Care Learning to protect peace, set healthy boundaries, and practice renewal through self-care. Week 7: Walking Forward in Renewal Turning insight into action with intentional steps and accountability. Week 8: Celebration & Commitment Reflecting on growth, celebrating progress, and committing to continued renewal. Cancellation Policy
Applicable to all Empowerment Pathways Life Coaching services 1. Session Cancellations Clients may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may forfeit that session or incur a 50% cancellation fee, at the coach’s discretion. No-shows (missed sessions without notice) are non-refundable. 2. Package Cancellations For multi-session coaching packages, clients may cancel the remaining portion of the package within 3 business days of purchase for a full refund, provided no session has been used. After the 3-day period or once sessions have begun, clients may cancel the package at any time, but a prorated refund will be issued for unused sessions, minus a $50 administrative fee. Packages must be completed within six months of the first session date unless otherwise arranged. 3. Automatic Renewals (if applicable) If you choose a recurring payment or monthly renewal plan, Empowerment Pathways will clearly state the renewal date on your invoice. Clients may cancel automatic renewals at any time before the next billing date by submitting written notice via email to empowermentpathwayscoaching@gmail.com. In accordance with N.C. Gen. Stat. § 75-41(a), renewal terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. 4. Coach Cancellations If Empowerment Pathways must cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be notified as soon as possible and may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session. 5. Refund Process Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days of approval, using the same payment method used for purchase. 6. Commitment to Renewal All coaching services are designed for personal and emotional growth. Results depend on each client’s commitment to participation, reflection, and follow-through. Empowerment Pathways does not guarantee outcomes but provides the tools and guidance for your renewal journey. 7. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice via email or text. Sessions rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a $25 rescheduling fee or be counted as completed. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the coach’s discretion. 8. Late Booking Policy: To maintain quality and preparation time for each client, sessions should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
